It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of Charles’ peaceful passing on 13th August 2023, at the age of 75.
A life member of SAANZ, Charles was recently recognised by the International Sociological Association’s Research Committee with The Robert K. Merton Award for Distinguished Contributions to the Sociology of Science and Technology. Charles was also a past recipient of the SAANZ Exceptional Service Award.
